Chris A. Hammond
Chris A. Hammond brings to IBG a very diverse sales,
management, and entrepreneurial background. He has career experience in
information technology, fitness, building products distribution and
construction industries.
Hammond founded CAH Enterprises, Inc. in Denver in 1996 to provide
advisory, valuation analysis, confidential marketing, and transaction
structuring services to the owners of privately held companies. During
that time he has been involved in numerous transactions through which he
has developed the knowledge and skills necessary to affect a smooth and
successful transaction from which all parties emerge winners.
Hammond joined IBG because of the superior merger and acquisition support
systems and processes they have developed:
"IBG commits the resources necessary to bring
value to all parties involved in the complex process of business ownership
transfer. The team approach and specialized structure of the firm allows
us to capitalize on market information available. We are able to find the
right buyer for each transaction, ultimately expediting the sale process
and maximizing the client's profits at the closing table."
Hammond graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology
and Management. He has attained his Certified Business Intermediary
designation and is a co-founder, Treasurer, and Board Member of the
Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries. Hammond moved to Colorado
primarily for his love of the mountains and spends his free time
backpacking, mountain biking, and participating in the various winter
activities the state has to offer.
