Grange has over twenty-one years of experience as a
mergers and acquisitions intermediary. He combines a broad range of
experiences and a true fascination with the challenges of the selling
process, to provide clients with the knowledge and innovation they need to
effect a successful business sale.
Grange joined IBG Business Services, Inc. in 1993, after serving as
National Vice President of Corporate Finance Associates, a 65-office
international mergers and acquisitions organization. Grange was also a
founder and principal of M+A International, Inc., an advisory firm serving
both European and U.S. corporate acquirers throughout the 1980s, and prior
to that was a manager in charge of consulting services for Ernst &
Whinney’s offices, both in Germany and Denver.
Grange’s experience has given him a broad perspective of valuation and
operational matters that affect all types of businesses. Since 1980 he has
successfully handled transactions with manufacturers, distributors, and
service companies valued up to $65 million.
Grange stands firmly behind IBG’s team approach:
"When a group of talented and skilled
professionals combine their resources, the success ratio is increased
exponentially. There’s a great satisfaction in knowing that I can offer my
clients the best."
A 1964 graduate of Iowa State University, Grange has resided in Colorado
since 1973. He and his wife enjoy an active lifestyle that includes
mountaineering, skiing, and scuba diving, and he has served as state
president of the Colorado Mountain Club.
