Tom McConnell brings a personal commitment to maximizing the interests of his clients. Tom's educational accomplishments include receipt of a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Denver. Undergraduate studies in Economics and Political Science were completed at Miami (Ohio) University and Claremont McKenna College. During graduate school Tom conducted research on shareholder rights in closely held companies, clerked for a large NYSE listed natural gas pipeline company and received recognition from the Colorado Bar Association for his contributions to the redrafting of the state's business statutes. During the course of his academic and professional career he has authored several articles including "Planning Strategies for the Future Sale of a Business" which was published in the Colorado Lawyer.
